15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed

to 3 tablespoons mayo or plain yogurt

teaspoon curry powder
1
celery stalk
diced
Salt and black pepper
to taste

to 5 tortillas or pita breads
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash the chickpeas until partly smooth but still chunky.
Stir in mayo or yogurt, curry powder, diced celery, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
Spoon the mixture into tortillas or pita bread.
Fold or roll and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
