Ingredients  

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons mayo or plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 celery stalk diced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 to 5 tortillas or pita breads

Instructions 

  • In a medium bowl, mash the chickpeas until partly smooth but still chunky.
  • Stir in mayo or yogurt, curry powder, diced celery, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into tortillas or pita bread.
  • Fold or roll and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
