Takeout-Style Sweet Chili Pineapple Chicken Wraps

The chicken filling tastes just as good cold, which makes it ideal for packing in wraps or lettuce cups for a fresh, ready-to-go lunch the next day.

Ingredients  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 12 oz jar sweet chili sauce
  • 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, with juice
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 8 soft tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage for topping

Instructions 

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Add sweet chili sauce, pineapple chunks with juice, and sliced red bell pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender.
  • Shred chicken with two forks and stir to coat in sauce.
  • Serve in tortillas topped with shredded cabbage.
