skinless chicken breasts

12 oz jar sweet chili sauce

20 oz can pineapple chunks, with juice

red bell pepper
sliced

soft tortillas

cups shredded cabbage
for topping
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add sweet chili sauce, pineapple chunks with juice, and sliced red bell pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender.
Shred chicken with two forks and stir to coat in sauce.
Serve in tortillas topped with shredded cabbage.
